SOC 2 attestation will be delivered by a US AICPA-approved Certified Public Accountant (CPA) firm, while PCI DSS assessment will be performed by PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC)-approved Qualified Security Assessors (QSAs).
The engagement covers readiness assessment, gap analysis, and remediation across both frameworks. The SOC 2 component addresses the AICPA’s Trust Services Criteria for Security, Availability, and Confidentiality, resulting in a SOC 2 Type II report. The PCI DSS component covers all applicable v4.0 requirements for cardholder data environments, resulting in a Report on Compliance (ROC) and an Attestation of Compliance (AOC) recognized by Visa, Mastercard, and JCB.
